In a Reiki session, you lie down fully clothed while the practitioner channels healing energy through light touch or by hovering hands just above the body.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that translates to “universal life energy.” It works with your body’s own energy field (or prana/chi) to restore flow and harmony. Reiki does not require belief or effort; it is subtle, safe, and supportive for all ages and conditions – including alongside medical or therapeutic treatments.
