Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total programme fee is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start date, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations by Participant

More than 60 days before the start date
A refund of all fees paid minus the non-refundable deposit and any actual fees as charged by the payment processor will be issued within 14 business days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

60 days or fewer before the start date
No refund will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person provided you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the start date. The incoming participant must be approved by Blue Pea Yoga and agree to all terms. A transfer fee may apply.

Date Changes by Participant

If you wish to move your booking to a future programme, this is treated as a cancellation and rebooking. The non-refundable deposit will not carry over, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations by Blue Pea Yoga

Blue Pea Yoga reserves the right to cancel or postpone a programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness or emergency, force majeure events (including natural disasters, severe weather, civil disruption, or pandemic-related restrictions), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a cancellation by Blue Pea Yoga:

• A full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, will be issued; or
• You may transfer your payment to a future programme of equivalent value.

Blue Pea Yoga is not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, including flights, accommodation, or travel expenses. We recommend travel insurance for this reason.

Conduct & Early Departure

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and in the spirit of the programme throughout. Blue Pea Yoga reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or incompatible with the values of the programme. No refund will be issued in such cases.

No refund, partial or otherwise, will be given for participants who choose to leave a programme early.

No-Show Policy

No refund will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior written notice.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability before confirming their booking. Blue Pea Yoga cannot be held responsible for costs arising from unforeseen travel disruptions.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@bluepeayoga.com. The cancellation date will be the date on which written notice is received by Blue Pea Yoga. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Policy Updates

Blue Pea Yoga reserves the right to update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your registration.
