TTCs

Designed both as a personal journey and a teacher training, our 100hr Yin & Yoga Nidra course provides the tools, theory, and practice to confidently guide others into stillness and self-inquiry – through long-held poses, conscious relaxation, and therapeutic space holding.

Reiki Sessions

In a Reiki session, you lie down fully clothed while the practitioner channels healing energy through light touch or by hovering hands just above the body.
