What is Ayurveda

Ayurveda is India’s traditional system of medicine, which teaches that health begins with proper digestion and alignment with nature. In Ayurveda, food is seen as both nourishment and medicine. When we eat according to our dosha, the season, and our current imbalances, we support physical vitality, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
