Stillness as Medicine
A Journey into Deep Rest, Awareness & Release
Our 100-hour training courses offer an immersive exploration of the nourishing and transformative practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Over 10 days, you will slow down, turn inward, and experience yoga not as performance, but as presence. You’ll deepen your understanding of the subtle body, the nervous system, emotional holding, and the power of rest.
Designed both as a personal journey and a *teacher training, this course provides the tools, theory, and practice to confidently guide others into stillness and self-inquiry – through long-held poses, conscious relaxation, and therapeutic space holding.

Why Yin & Nidra?

In a fast-paced world, stillness is a radical act of self-care. Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra offer accessible, deeply healing tools that work on multiple layers – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
• Yin Yoga targets the fascia and joints, cultivates stillness, and balances energy (Qi/prana).
• Yoga Nidra offers conscious rest and deep nervous system reset, aiding trauma healing, stress relief, and clarity.
Together, they form a complete system for supporting physical health, emotional balance, and inner awakening.
