Retreats

Blue Pea Yoga retreats – a sanctuary of serenity.

In the lush nature of South Goa, come and embrace modern wellness and ancient wisdom. Our retreats offer more than just yoga, they are a promise of personal transformation.

While yoga forms the core of the experience, our retreats offer a variety of complementary practices, ranging from plant-based cuisine, to mediation sessions, breathwork workshops, astrology readings, nature immersion activities, healing ceremonies, and more.

We offer immersive yoga and Ayurveda retreats for people who are ready to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their health through embodied practice.

Set in a peaceful, natural environment, our retreats combine guided Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and delicious sattvic meals to support physical, emotional, and energetic renewal. It’s a chance to tune into your natural rhythm and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished – inside and out.

What is Ayurveda ?

Ayurveda is India’s 5,000-year-old holistic health system, often called the “science of life.” It teaches that true well-being comes from living in harmony with your unique constitution (dosha) and nature’s cycles. Through food, lifestyle, herbs, and inner awareness, Ayurveda supports deep healing, balance, and prevention of disease.
